• QUOTATION & PURCHASE ORDER TERMS:

  1. Quotation Validity
The quotation is valid for 15 days from the date specified on the document. After this period, the quotation may be revised or withdrawn unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Acceptance & Finality
Acceptance of the quotation must be formalized via a Purchase Order (PO). Once the PO is issued and accepted, no further revisions or changes will be permitted—unless expressly authorized by us in writing. This ensures both parties operate under mutually agreed-upon terms.

  3. Scope Clarification
Project management and documentation services are not included in the base quotation; they will be added as separate items to the scope upon request.

  • DELIVERY POLICY:

  1. Delivery of Completed Projects
Completed projects will be delivered via email, secure cloud storage, or through another method specified in the contract.

  2. Regular Progress Updates
You will receive consistent updates on project progress. Our project management team will provide a detailed timeline and milestone tracker to ensure transparency and alignment.

  3. Point of Contact for Queries
For any inquiries or concerns, please reach out directly to the project manager assigned to your account.

  • SERVICE ITERATIONS AND REVISIONS:

The client is entitled to two (2) free revisions, provided changes remain within the original project scope. Any changes that exceed this scope—such as significant additions, reworks, or new deliverables—will be treated as out-of-scope and billed separately at our standard rates. Revision requests should be communicated promptly and in writing to ensure timely processing.

  • PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the invoice date (Net 30).
Our standard payment structure is as follows:

    1. 40% deposit due at project commencement

    2. 20% upon reaching the agreed midpoint milestone

    3. 40% upon final delivery and client approval

This milestone-based billing ensures alignment with project progress and supports transparent, predictable financial management for both parties.
